Shirley & Shawn Salon Dayspa ; About Us

Shirley Faulkner and Shawn Thornton, a dynamic mother and daughter team put their dreams together to open a full service salon and day spa in February 2001. Seeing a need for this type of business in the area, Shirley and Shawn Salon was the first day spa to open in the area. Their clients range in age from toddlers to older adults. The day spa atmosphere is one of professional caring and friendliness.

A recent addition to the day spa is the bridal department. As a preferred vendor in local bridal shows, the company recognized the need for a special area for new brides to be pampered and serviced. The bride and her party can be together and enjoy refreshments while getting salon services in a private area from the main salon.

The Shirley and Shawn Salon staff is well trained and licensed in order to provide impeccable service. The company takes pride in their staff and dedication to continuing education. Demonstration classes are offered periodically to the community on new services and products. Future goals include a second location within 10 years.
