Shipping Policy
We will ship within 24 hours. Most in-stock items are shipped via ground service and will arrive within three to five working days. A street address is required. Shipping charges are determined by the actual weight and destination of parcel. Claims or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. All packing material must be saved.

Overnight delivery is available for an additional charge on in-stock items. You must order before 12 noon ET.

All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged an additional fee for air shipping. Express delivery will take an additional day.

**No C.O.D. orders.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we will give you a full refund (shipping charges are not refundable) within 30 days purchase. Returns after 30 days are at the discretion of Shirley & Shawn Salon Day Spa. A 20% restocking fee will apply. You are responsible for the shipping charges on all returned items.
